In society, do not throw rubbish everywhere. We should throw it into the dustbin. It can make our environment more beautiful. Don't use plastic bags when going shopping. We’d better use shopping baskets. If we use them too often, it will become white pollution.
In a word, if each of us does our part from now on, our world will become a harmonious society.

Our Out-of-Class Activities
Our out-of-class activities are rich and colorful. We often go to the library to read different kinds of books. We learn a lot in this way. We also take part in all kinds of sports. They can help us keep healthy and strong. The most popular sport in our school is volleyball. I often play volleyball with my classmates. Sometimes we go outside school to learn the world. For example, we go to the countryside to study flowers and plants. Through these out-of-class activities, we learn a lot of things that we can't learn in class.

Now, class, attention please! I have an announcement to make.
On Saturday our class is going to have a field trip. In the morning we are going to climb the Fragrant Mountain. At noon, we are going to have a picnic at the top of the mountain. After lunch you may play games, draw pictures, have a dancing party and do anything you like. We'll come back at 3:30 p.m.
Please get to the school gate at 7:00 0n Saturday morning. Be sure to take some food and drinking water with you, but don't take too many things.

About fifty American students came to visit school today,
We gathered at the school gate at 8:00 to give them a warm welcome. Then we had a get-together in the reading-room in our library. Our headmaster told them something about our school. And then we talked with each other and exchanged gifts. From 9:30 we showed them around our school. They visited our classroom buildings, the factory run by our school, and the swimming pool. A friendly basketball game started on the sports ground at 10:30. At twelve o'clock all American students left our school.
In the afternoon my classmates and I went to bookshops. We chose and bought some books and tapes. I was busy but happy today.

You wanted to know about Chinese paper cut. Here I’m glad to tell you something about it. Chinese paper cut has a long history of over 2,000 years. It can be seen in different parts of China. Many people, no matter young or old, are fond of it. People in northern part of China do well in making paper cuts. People cut paper into different shapes, like birds, animals, flowers and so on. I think Chinese paper cuts are not only beautiful but also very useful. People usually put them on doors or windows when they celebrate something happy, especially for the Spring Festival. More and more people are interested in it. I hope you'll come to China to see more Chinese paper cuts one day.
