Sentences: It’s not a very good line.
Tomorrow if possible.
Sometimes you may even wonder if it’s really worth it.

Step 2 Listening

Read through the questions on Slide 4.
Listen to the tape twice and answer the questions.
Show the answers and then read after the tapes.
Try to master some sentences.
Step 3 Match and write
Page 34, Part 2
Ask the students to match the infinitives and the adverbs and make new dialogues.
Ask several Ss to share their dialogues.
Write one of their dialogues in their exercise books.
Step 4 Read and act
Page 34-35 of Part 3
T: Here’s a dialogue between Tina and Ann.
Ask “What’s wrong with Ann’s CD player?”
(It’s broken)
Let the Ss practice the dialogue in pairs.
Get them to make up and act out new dialogues based on model in the SB.

Listen to the tape. Ask several Ss to translate the poem.
Explain some words
1. frustrate, frustrated

Make a contest to see who reads best.
